Prior to becoming a counsellor, Diana spent 6 years working with housing developers in Singapore and Vietnam. When she relocated back to Singapore, she made a career switch and set up a recruitment and corporate advisory firm.
For the past 13 years in the business of HR advisory and talent placements, Diana often finds herself coaching candidates and listening to their life stories with profound interest. Wanting to be equipped with the right skills to improve people’s lives, Diana took up Coaching with a recognised International Coaching Federation institute. As she progressed in the field of life and career coaching, Diana realised that her passion lies deeper, and that could only be fulfilled by possessing in-depth understanding of the human psychology. With that conviction, Diana went on to attain a Master’s degree on Counselling and so started her journey in the mental health profession.
Apart from working with adults, Diana has prior experience counselling distressed pregnant teens and their families. Along with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors and social workers, Diana has journeyed with them through very challenging moments in their lives. Passionate about maternal mental health as well, Diana contributes actively as a Mental Health Practitioner at a virtual fertility clinic, helping women and their families through sometimes challenging perinatal period.
As a therapist, Diana aims to empower all her clients to live life purposefully and meaningfully, on their own terms.
