Daffodils, the first flowers of spring, symbolise new beginnings after winter. The number ‘8’ represents infinity. Together, 8daffodils embodies a fresh start, combining strength, clarity, and an endless journey toward purpose and meaning in life.

About Us

Diana Ng is a certified counsellor in Singapore. She works with teens and adults who require support managing stress, anxiety, depression and relationship problems. In session, she remains non-judgmental, focused and respectful. She believes in giving her clients space to share any challenges they face in a confidential environment working towards therapy goals.

In addition to her counselling expertise, Diana possesses over 13 years of experience in human resource advisory and coaching. Diana has a deep understanding of employment dynamics and hence is skilled at working with clients who seek guidance during career transitions and change. Furthermore, Diana is deeply passionate about maternal health, and she actively contributes as a Mental Health Practitioner at a virtual fertility clinic, where she helps women overcome various maternal well-being concerns.

Methodology, trainings and professional memberships

Diana draws concepts from her academic and professional trainings in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She uses a blend of psychotherapeutic concepts that works best for her clients. A strong believer of evidence-based and effective practices, Diana continually upgrades her skill sets through participating in mental health seminars and conferences to keep abreast of latest developments in the field. She also attends further professional trainings essential to her clinical practice and holds regular sessions with her clinical supervisors.

Diana holds active memberships with the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS) and the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). She has successfully completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which is widely considered the gold standard for couples counselling. Diana has also attained her ACSTH (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours) certificate with an ICF-certified coaching institute in Singapore.
